Stand in front of a mirror.

Do something that feels nourishing to your spirit:
Take a walk in nature
Listen to instrumental music
Light a candle and read poetry

Read aloud or reflect:
“The body of a queen is not built for burnout—it’s built for embodiment.
Every stretch, every nourishing bite, every moment of rest is a prayer.

Instructions:

Sit upright or lie down with dignity and ease.
Close your eyes gently.
Inhale (5 counts), hold (3 counts), exhale (7 counts).
Repeat 3 times.
Say silently: “I reclaim my time. I reclaim my voice. I am grounded in purpose.”

✨ 2. Soul Inspiration: The Queen Reclaims Her Crown
Read this aloud or reflect silently:
“There comes a moment when the queen must stop waiting for the invitation and rise to her role. Day 3 is your divine recall. You are not asking for permission — you are reclaiming what was always yours. Your purpose. Your power. Your peace.”

🌟 3. Self-Discovery Activity: Anoint Your Steps
Instructions:
Stand up and anoint your feet (with oil, lotion, or touch).
As you do, speak this blessing aloud:
“Everywhere my feet tread is sacred ground. I walk with divine intention.”
Then, write:

📝 What area of my life needs to be reclaimed, reorganized, or redefined?

Look at yourself and say:
“I am a woman of vision, royalty, and wisdom. I do not shrink. I rise.”
Step 2: Honor One Commitment
Choose one commitment you've delayed and complete it today, no matter how small.
It could be: sending a message, planning a budget, or writing a prayer.
Step 3: Clean One Area
Clear a physical space (desk, inbox, altar) to represent reclaiming order and peace.
